Future Shapers

Future Shapers is about investing in our next generation of leaders. It’s a global programme to develop the self- leadership skills of those with the ambition and desire to make a bigger and more purposeful impact in RS Group. Employees with between 5 and15 years’ work experience, in a permanent role with one years’ service can apply to join Future Shapers. Hear more about Future Shapers on this video.

Select the skills you want to develop, give a self-rating against these skills (and request peer and manager ratings if you’d like) then access the resources and learning to grow in the way you want.

Apprenticeships at RS Group

In addition to recruiting entry level apprentices existing employees also have access to apprenticeship programmes to develop their professional skills in Management, Accounts, Digital Solutions, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analysis and more!
