Condition Monitoring Solutions Engineer

Condition Monitoring (CM) Solutions Engineer

Location - UK Travel (Field Based) Ideally Midlands


As CM Solutions engineer you will be required to project manage and deliver installation of Condition Monitoring sensors and systems. You will also be required to install fixed CM solutions, following all relevant H&S standards, including CDM2015 and complete Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) with the customer and handover the installation in line with the contract.


Key Responsibilities of the Role will include:


  • Carrying out surveys for new installation work
  • Drawing up plans using computer-assisted engineering and design software (AutoCAD, Visio, Solid works)
  • Estimating material, construction, and labour costs, and project timescales
  • Testing installations and systems, creating sign off documents for FAT testing.
  • Making sure projects meet outlines specification and timelines
  • Overseeing inspections and installations carried out with our in-house engineers.
  • Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to customers and managers.


What you will bring to the role…


You should previously have had experience installing and commissioning automation or electrical systems in an industrial or factory environment.

Previous experience in a similar role is vital, with knowledge of electro-mechanical machinery. You will need to be a methodical worker with exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications in Condition Monitoring & automation engineering are desirable.

Required – UK Driving licence
