Role Purpose

 

As an Audience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in influencing how we interact with our customers. Ensuring we target the right customers, in the right place at the right time. Your work will support and drive the delivery of our multi-channel commercial programmes, to effectively promote our products and services to our existing and future customers.

 

You will be key in identifying how we should optimise our media plans from the data you are seeing. 

 

Working with the analytical team. You will be instrumental in providing data and insight to determine if we are changing buying habits or behaviours pre and post media activity.

 

You will support any audience requests from multiple stakeholders, by delivering audiences based on objectives. You will build out audience segments and track customer behaviours pre and post launch of any activity, as well as giving any recommendations on how we could optimise.

What You Will Do

  • Review persona buying habits and behaviors on a monthly basis
  • Support the data analytics team by pulling together online data and insight that will be used to deliver the overall commercial programme performance report.
  • Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits by looking at the data within Adobe
  • Give recommendations on how we optimise commercial programmes according to geographic exposure, frequency and time spans
  • Providing audience profiles for all requested audience selections
  • Continuously evaluate audience behaviors to ensure we’re delivering on the programme objective 

What Will You Bring To the Role

  • Worked in a multi-national matrix organisation marketing community
  • Retail experience in B2B
  • Worked with marketing agencies external agencies
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective commercial programs
  • Understanding of the full marketing mix but likely to lead specific areas
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Commercial proficiency
  • Cross functional team leadership
  • Outstanding communication skills
