Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager

Location – Flexible (Hybrid)  

 

Are you passionate and enthusiastic about Continuous Improvement? Then we have the opportunity for you! We are looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to drive the CI programme at a pivotal time in our journey.

 

We have an ambitious strategy to embed “CI as the way we work” by simplifying the way we do things, delivering significant CI benefits (cost savings; cash flow; profit from additional revenue; cost avoidance) and being Customer obsessed.

 

You will work with the local leadership team to establish CI targets, support the delivery of CI training & projects as well as increasing the CI understanding, skill, and behaviours within our business. 

 

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role  

  • You will enjoy working with our CI Business Partners and customers to deliver their CI plans and targets aligned to the strategic priorities and goals
  • You will enjoy identifying, scoping and delivering CI projects to achieve financial and intangible targets. You will use CI methodologies, tools and techniques, appropriate project management and change management concepts
  • You’ll enjoy championing CI, role modelling the right CI behaviours to inspire all levels of colleagues to drive continuous improvement in their areas and to sustain gains and results achieved during the projects
  • You will enjoy exceeding defined savings targets and improvement objectives established for CI activities within your customer's areas
