Campaign Manager

Location – Hybrid/Corby

As the Campaign Manager in the Marketing Team you will join our collaborative and energised department. This is a great opportunity to join as a core part of our group marketing community you will help to set the tone for greater alignment and consistency across our marketing teams.

The purpose of this role is to manage the scheduling, content creation, implementation, tracking and measurement of supplier marketing campaigns, as part of the Integrated Marketing Plan (IMP).


You will brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, to deliver marketing activities, work with P&SM, the Supplier Marketing Manager, inventory, and demand planning to select suitable products for promotion and ensure stock availability, deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.


What you will need to have to be successful in this role


  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Strong planning and prioritising skills
  • In-depth knowledge of running B2B campaigns
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously 
  • A good understanding of current marketing trends
  • Strong copy and proofreading skills
  • Ability to monitor and analyse results
  • Demonstrate good marketing knowledge and practical experience including delivery of ROI against targets
