Export Solutions Account Manager

As the Export Solutions Account Manager, you will join our ever-growing, thriving company. Reporting directly to the Export Service Delivery Manager, you will be a part of an organization that promotes personal development, growth and career progression and will provide you with the tools and training you need to excel in the industry.


This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis and will be based in our Corby office.

You will provide an excellent customer service experience for all our customers whilst managing and coordinating a portfolio of global customer accounts. You will be processing export customer orders promptly, tracking shipment dates, and paying close attention to compliance regulatory requirements to ensure goods can be transported in a timely and efficient manner to our global customer base.

This coordinating role will also give you the opportunity to establish and maintain close working relationship with other departments within the business including Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and other Customer Services teams.


What you will need to have to be successful in this role

  • Excellent customer service skills  - our customers are at the heart of everything we do
  • The ability to build positive and lasting client relationships
  • Strong administration and coordination skills and great attention to detail
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, including basic Excel skills
  • Confidence in working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Previous export and compliance knowledge would be beneficial
  • Some experience working with SAP warehouse software would be a bonus, but full training will be provided.
