RS Components are currently looking to recruit an RPA Process Analyst for a Work from Home role

Job Purpose

The RPA process analyst plays a key role in the development of automated solutions for targeted business processes.  They will lead Discovery and Assessment of automation ideas with colleagues from across the business, manage Automation Demand and Pipeline to prioritise and release Business value quickly and partner RPA developers in Automation Deployment stages engaging with key stakeholders throughout the Automation lifecycle.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct current state process assessments and design future state automation solutions
  • Identify processes that are suitable for automation, and provide recommendations to reengineer processes to improve automation potential
  • Work hands-on with internal colleagues and Business Process SME’s to understand business processes in detail
  • Gather process information from Business SME’s supporting and coaching when needed
  • Analyse and observe processes to understand process steps, interdependencies, and applications used to complete transactions
  • Propose recommendations for process improvement, simplicity and efficiency
  • Document business and technical requirements for Automation Developers
  • Facilitate and participate in User Testing, ELS/Deployment stages to ensure automation is operating as per design
  • Support and/or participate in project planning and communication initiatives linked to Automation

 

 

Person Specification

  • Previous experience working with at least one of the top 3 RPA platforms (UiPath, BluePrism or Automation Anywhere)
  • Competent user of at least 1 of the following flowchart & process-mapping software
  • Familiar with collating info and preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Robotic Feasibility Assessments (RFA)
  • Experience analysing business processes, identifying automation opportunities and/or the ability to assess automation feasibility.
  • Experience in leading or participating in various types of workshops, interviews, meetings or walk-through sessions to define, design and configure automation solutions
  • Serves as a key filtration/prioritization resource on complex and / or critical automation projects
  • Responsible for reviewing AS IS business processes and current state process maps to optimize future state process, mapping out TO BE processes as needed
  • The aptitude to contribute to the evolution of methodologies and procedures to continually improve
  • The ability to think about the creative process/practical process and understand how things work and why
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience. Influencing the right outcomes
  • Excellent written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation
  • Structured and methodical in approach combined with a curious mind.
  • A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges
  • Used to working collaboratively and with a diverse group of people and cultures
