Job Title - UK Customer Operations Quality & Compliance Manager

Location – Corby

Part time – 18.75 hours per week

Hybrid working available

 

As the UK Customer Operations Quality & Compliance Manager you will create, embed and run a process for responding to customer compliance and quality requests.  This is an exciting opportunity to help us ensure an excellent customer experience, maintain an ethical and positive reputation and be a great place to work.

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role

 

  • Create, embed, and run a process to provide clear and accurate responses to all Customer Enquiries & Sales Leads
  • Manage and respond to all enquiries within the expected Service Level delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Ownership of commercial Sales tenders to completion
  • Manage stakeholders across the business and able to establish and integrate best practice
  • Support business leaders in their responsibility to embed Group standards and create a strong ethical, legally compliant, and principled environment
  • Show a willingness to learn and adapt to frequent changes in legislation and the internal business environment
  • Demonstrate professionalism and excellent people skills, role modelling integrity.
  • Strives to meet compliance standards and service levels
  • Ability to consult with compliance and quality experts on compliance matters as needed

 

What you will need to be successful in this position:

 

  • Able to follow and understand complex processes.
  • Experience of Corporate Responsibility and Legislation
  • Knowledge of best practice in compliance, quality and governance
  • Understanding of risk management and controls
  • Ability to manage and develop relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders, at all levels.
  • High attention to detail
