What You Will Do
As part of an agile/scrum team, you will work with your colleagues to build, deploy and support one of our digital applications. Our full stack developers will need to be able to code anywhere in our architecture, including UI, APIs, MVC and SQL. We design with a mobile first approach, which means experience with responsive design, Vue.js, or any other JavaScript Framework is a plus. Because we are a DevOps organization, our developers are responsible for their applications from concept all the way through to production.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily and weekly scrum ceremonies
  • Work with your team to build, deploy, and support one of our digital applications
  • Collaborates with leaders, product owners, architects, technical leads and other developers, to understand requirements and develop needs according to business requirements
  • Maintain and enhance existing services, and applications using test driven development
  • Help improve the maintainability and stability of our application
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues that may arise
  • Follow coding standards and best practices
  • Work with architects and technical leads
  • Rotating on-call production support amongst the development team
  • Work with designers to bring their visions to life
  • Work with product owners to gather requirements of business needs
  • Work with QA analyst to test features
  • Mentoring new mid-level developers
  • Create new applications/services to meet company needs
  • Participate in recruiting new talent
  • Stay current on existing and new technologies

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems (CIS/MIS).
