Function
To assist in all Recruiting and HR duties including sourcing, screening and administrative duties as assigned. 

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with Recruiting activities   
  • Sets-up interview meetings via Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams and provides panel and supervisors with candidate information including resume.
  • Develops or updates job descriptions (with assistance of TABP and Benefits Specialist)
  • Posts job opportunities internally and externally.
  • Maintain Recruiting steps in ATS (Success Factors)
  • Assist with prescreening candidates via phone or email communication 
  • Sends out announcements of new hires/transfers 
  • Provides weekly recruiting update emails to hiring managers and recruitment team
  • Handle background checks (from ordering to completion)
  • Maintain confidentially of sensitive materials and employee records
  • Other HR and administrative related duties as needed.


Essential Qualifications, Knowledge, Abilities and Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role
  • Experience with Success Factors Applicant tracking system is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail  
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to understand complex assignments
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues
  • Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory and legislative issues in the employment area.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize assignments/projects   

 

Education and/or Experience 

  • H.S. Diploma or GED required
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role
