This is a virtual role and can be based in Denmark, The Netherlands, Poland or United Kingdom.

 

Our new Head of Marketing role has been created to lead and inspire the local marketing communities while being an integrated member of our global marketing community and part of the senior leadership team, sharing best practice and expertise and delivering on behalf of other markets as part of the EMEA marketing plan.

The role will set the tone for our business and create a best in class inclusive culture, inspiring and giving our people new and exciting opportunities to grow in a global organisation.

The purpose of this role is to define and deliver against an integrated marketing plan for the markets in EMEA. 

As marketing leader you will operate as a key member of the leadership team   – working collaboratively with sales and product function to deliver compelling marketing and drive value, efficiency and effectiveness of marketing investment.

 

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:

  • Being responsible for the overall marketing plan for the rest of EMEA markets
  • Working closely with the local teams made up of Commercial Programs Delivery, Product / Supplier Marketing, Digital Marketing, Proposition and Content Marketing, Internal Communications, Social Media, PR, and Events
  • Taking the ownership of the E2E Integrated Marketing Plan (IMP) to maximise commercial delivery and marketing ROI
  • Participating in regional and group marketing strategy and planning processes to develop best practise IMP and marketing delivery
  • Managing  marketing budget within group and regional guidance
  • Managing local marketing teams in strong collaboration with Country Managers

  • Profound experience in a multi-national matrix organization and excellent stakeholder management
  • Hands on digital and performance marketing experience
  • Retail experience in B2B would be an asset
  • Commercially focused
  • Experienced with global and local brands
  • Experienced with creative development processes
  • Willingness to travel
