About the role

You will be responsible for new logo sales across North America, working across all industries that we operate in, and across a wide geographic remit. This role is a great opportunity for a sales/business development professional looking for a varied role in a company that is growing rapidly.


What we’re looking for

  • A background in integrated supply chain management services, and proven track record in selling complex service solutions. 
  • Experience of selling deals in the region of $10-50m TCV
  • New logo sales, negotiation and closing experience
  • Experience of selling multi-faceted, complex service offerings
  • Project management skills and an ability to both pull together and influence a virtual team
  • Ability to develop a strategy for a solution and with proven experience of creating and delivering effective presentations, proposals and RFP responses that address the prospects business issues and provide solutions to their problems
  • Understanding of commercials / finance and ability to come up with a compelling proposition for both the client and also Synovos
