Corporate Account Manager, Poland

We´re currently recruiting for a very important strategic role accountable for executing the corporate strategy across large and complex customers. In this role you will be responsible for sales and profit for a defined set of customers in a portfolio.



This is a remote role where you can work from any place in Poland. The role requires travelling across country and abroad.




What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:


  • Own the development of B2B relationships with Corporate customers and create sustainable trusted partner relationships
  • Build an effective stakeholder network with your customers at senior levels across relevant functional departments to create engagement and consensus
  • Develop, negotiate and brilliantly implement great commercial contracts that deliver maximum revenue at optimal cost to serve
  • Be aware of and understand the key commercial strengths and weaknesses of competitors and the full scope of their propositions, maximizing RS strengths in pursuit of the growth goals
  • Assertively develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities and manage the rolling growth forecast effectively for the industry
  • Work effectively with Internal Sales and Key Account Managers to maximise opportunity for both RS and the Customer
  • Influence the development of the product, services portfolio and marketing plan in conjunction with the relevant functional teams to support the current and future growth potential of each customer




What you will bring:


  • Previous experience in a similar role related to large customers
  • Very good knowledge of the industry sector and products: MRO, OEM and/or electronic product knowledge and industry awareness (e.g. competitor landscape, key suppliers, market segments)
  • Commercial acumen, e-commerce affinity
  • Good knowledge of customers behaviours and expectations in the B2B environment
  • Excellent Polish and English language level
