Junior Sales Specialist - French speaker

The sales pre-qualification team is part of the Shared Business Services organisation and an extension to the sales team in France, expected to work in synergies and with full integration with both the France sales team and the Centre of Expertise teams in the UK and Europe.

 

The role is to conduct the pre-qualification and detection of new and/or prospects customers to support their activation or enable loyalty using appropriate sales tools and techniques provided. By conducting sales phone calls, this role has for objective to provide the regions with “golden nuggets” that will support the sales teams with the implementations of contracts and is a platform for development and evolution towards sales responsibilities.

 

The Junior Sales Specialist will be in most cases the very first contact the customer or prospect will have with RS France, this role is therefore expected to deliver exceptional customer experience and representation of the RS France value proposition.

This is a fixed term contract for 18 months first with a possibility to extend to permanent.

In this role you will work remotely 100% from home.

 

 

 

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:

 

  • Conduct sales pre-qualification
  • Detect and identify commercial opportunities by following the appropriate sales script available in the system (Salesforce)
  • Activate or retain customer through utilisation of the proposed levers and techniques
  • Answer customer expectation and manage objections
  • Transfer customer requests to the appropriate department
  • Ensure that for each call conducted, the qualification is completed and results in appropriate action

 

What you will bring

 

  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills via phone
  • Fluent in written and spoken French – full proficiency essential (other European language advantageous)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A strong sense of service
  • Strong diligence and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with can do attitude
  • First experience in sales would be a strong advantage but is not a must
