Due to continued growth, we have a phenomenal opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Recruiter based in Poland on a 12 month fixed term contract.

 

The role of a Recruiter will involve working in close partnership with business hiring managers and key partners to support the delivery of the Global Talent Acquisition Strategy throughout our Poland and Germany operations, along with providing additional support within the UK.

 

You will deliver a high-quality recruitment service to your hiring partners by providing quality candidates within agreed timeframes, delivering an outstanding experience to your candidates throughout the recruitment life cycle.

 

This role will offer the ability to work remotely, however you may be required to attend the office in Warsaw on occasion.

 

What you will enjoy doing

  • Having accountability for the candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle and partner with the People Team and Hiring Managers
  • Leading the 360 recruitment process for hiring within the business area you support at the appropriate grading levels. Including conducting screening interviews, preparing shortlists, arranging interviews with hiring managers, providing outcomes and feedback to candidates, and handling the offer process.
  • Attending hiring manager briefing calls to build detailed hiring consultation documents and providing coaching and influencing to managers on best practices around Diversity & Inclusion
  • Proficient in writing advert copy and using a range of social sourcing tools for talent including LinkedIn, Google Jobs, job boards, programmatic attraction etc.
  • Conducting proactive searches and engaging best in class candidates for roles
  • Responsibility for ensuring process compliance around the ATS system to ensure risk is minimised and support the use of the ATS by hiring managers
  • Anticipate potential issues and have relevant mitigations in place or ways of working to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Working collaboratively with partners across a variety of functions to develop relationships and credibility

 

What you will bring to the role

  • Previous recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in an in-house environment
  • Due to the recruitment markets you will be covering you must be fluent in Polish, English, German
  • Sound working knowledge of relevant employment law
  • A solid understanding of HR best practices
  • Experience of using ATS
  • Demonstrable track record of developing effective relationships and handling expectations of multiple partners
  • Confidence in sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
  • Demonstrate the ability to challenge, build credibility and work with integrity at all levels within the organisation to inspire change
  • Understanding of using Social Media and technology in recruitment
