Customer Service Executive with fluent level of Danish

Within this role lies a commitment to enhancing the customer journey in ways that are both impactful and innovative. You'll focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, setting new benchmarks in key performance indicators (KPIs) for phone, live chat, and email interactions, all delivered in the local language. You'll also play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations by amplifying our capacity for smaller quotes, mastering the art of upselling, and providing unwavering support for local campaigns.

 

What you will be doing:

Your mission is to drive excellence in our KPI performance across live chat, e-mail, and telephone interactions, while delivering a premium customer experience in the local language to enhance our Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Your pivotal role is instrumental in ensuring customers return to RS. You'll focus on creating smaller quotes for quick wins and providing unwavering support for sales campaigns.

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

  • Experience in working in Customer Service
  • Fluent level of Danish and communicative level of English
  • Experience in working in SAP will be an advantage
  • Willing to learn and can-do attitude
  • Team player
