About the role

 

As the International Support Adviser, you will facilitate the provision of a first class customer service experience to all Export Solutions customers.  You will do this by demonstrating and driving a high-performance culture to ensure administration support for the Export Solutions Customer Service function is delivered to a high standard.

 

To be the first point of contact for customers and queries to ensure they are promptly and efficiently processed. To provide reporting to support a variety of departmental KPIs. The right person must be comfortable in a fast paced, global and dynamic environment, energetic and flexible when it comes to prioritising workload. Experience of export customer service and administration would be an advantage.

 

Key accountabilities:

 

  • Establish and build strong relationships with all Export Solutions team members including all areas of the department such as Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce and Analysts, Stock Management.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with other departments within the business e.g. Supply Chain, Finance, Export Stores and any other Customer Service teams.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly, accurately and efficiently, keeping the customers informed of any updates to manage their expectations regarding query outcomes.
  • Timely delivery of key reports to the Export Solutions team to ensure efficient query resolution, including those created using RPA and email management system
  • Monitor and maintain stock of supplies and consumable items in the department.
  • Build knowledge by undertaking any training deemed appropriate to the Export Solutions Administrator role.
  • Challenge internal partners to take ownership for driving a proactive decision making culture that will lead to the provision of a best in class customer service experience.

    • Strong Microsoft package skills including Excel and Word

    • Working knowledge of SAP
