We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to lead the lead generation and account-based marketing (ABM) activity for the local market (UK&I).

The role will manage the lead gen process working closely with the sales team and take ownership of the account-based marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and growth within the market.

The role requires collaboration across functions and geographies to ensure lead gen and account-based marketing campaigns are best in class and maximised for optimal results.

The role will be a core part of our local marketing community and will help to set the tone for greater alignment and consistency across our marketing teams.

 

You will lead the following…

  • Development and execution of ABM campaigns
  • Reporting and evaluation of ABM campaigns against set KPIs
  • Management of the marketing lead gen process
  • Management of Telemarketing activities
  • Team lead for HubSpot form generation and tracking
  • Channel owner for Direct Mail activities

What you will do…

Lead Generation;

  • Manage the marketing lead generation process – from collation of lead contact information, marketing qualification to liaison with sales to provide sales qualification of marketing leads
  • Responsible for qualification implementation for MQLs ensuring the leads are properly qualified for follow up i.e. lead nurture required or refer to sales for sales qualification (SQL)
  • Responsible for the tracking and monitoring of marketing lead outcomes e.g. won/lost opportunities as well as opportunity value and cost per lead measures
  • Collaborate with wider marketing team to ensure lead generative opportunities are realised across marketing activities e.g. events, industry reports etc
  • The marketing team lead for Salesforce – ensuring marketing leads are managed/processed through the platform with the local sales team
  • Responsible for creation of HubSpot forms for lead gen data capture
  • Channel owner for Direct Mail, responsible for implementation of customer direct mail requirements to support campaigns, ABM and wider marketing team activity as required

Account Based Marketing (ABM);

  • Work with ABM agency to develop campaign plans that identify key accounts, provides account analysis/intelligence, develop ABM execution plan and provide reporting
  • Work with team’s Data Analyst to provide insights and audience data to inform ABM strategy and account information
  • Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager (campaigns and propositions) to ensure ABM campaigns align with overarching campaign plans, with a focus on 1:Few and 1:1 ABM programmes
  • Develop and deliver lead nurture programmes, with support from the Group Digital Marketing function, to ensure non-MQLs are nurtured through the lead/marketing funnel

  • At least 2 years campaign development and management (essential)

  • Direct Mail planning and execution
  • B2B sales engagement delivery
  • Project management tools e.g. Monday.com
  • Power BI – marketing results/data analysis and reporting tools/platforms (desirable)
  • Customer insight (desirable)
