Internal Sales Executive, Taiwan

About the role:
The main objective is to achieve excellence in delivering value propositions to customers in order to drive sales and profit growth. This involves providing a high level of customer service and engagement, focusing on solutions that meet the needs of our valuable customers, and ultimately increasing sales.
Key responsibilities:
- To effectively use the RS value proposition to differentiate RS from our competitors in the minds of their contacts;
- Proactively call out target customers per company requirements to explore new business opportunities and perform upselling activities to achieve sales target;
- Maintain good engagement with customer, explore potential premier/key customers, foster relationship and refer to Field Sales for on site visit/engagement
- Responsibility for the management of customer accounts with Territory sales revenue as per Sales targets, achieve other specified metrics that support sales results ;
- Perform pre-quotation review refer to the quotation guidelines and raise requisition to quotation coordinator for the support of quotation, follow up on conversion
- Liaise effectively across functions to ensure customers are delighted, e.g. work with customer services in serving customer better and raising customer satisfaction rate (NPS)
- Support Finance for acceleration AR collection
Requirements:
- Proven experience as telephone sales, sales experiences in Industry/MRO/ELE preferred
- Proven ability in delivering a great customer experience
- Effective negotiator and influencer with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills forming and maintaining positive relationship at all levels
- Exceeding KPIs and deadlines, able to work under pressure, target driven, takes accountability and initiative, innovative problem solving skills, independent.
- Strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft packages
