VP of Services, APAC


Location: Singapore, Thailand or Malaysia. (You’ll be office based but will have regional travel)


About the role

The Vice President of Services APAC will have the responsibility for the design, implementation and execution of the regional service strategy, encompassing integrated MRO solutions, on-site service, equipment rentals, calibration and value add services to create a single integrated service business to expand market penetration through unique differentiation.


The primary focus for this role is to ensure we have an integrated service strategy that differentiates our regional proposition from all competitors, accelerating market share, revenue growth and profit expansion. This is a critical role to develop and drive financial performance through enabling service-based capability and tools across the region through organic and inorganic ways.


What we’re looking for

  • Your knowledge of the APAC region will be outstanding.
  • You’ll have leadership experience of driving the strategy, priorities, operating and financial performance of a services business.
  • You will possess previous experience of analysing and reviewing all service resources and rental assets for the purpose of determining utilisation, financial return, and overall performance.
  • Customer focus is critical. You will have the ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction as measured by various surveys and metrics and will have proven ability to influence customer satisfaction.
  • You will bring previous experience of engaging regional leaders and sales teams to drive alignment and ultimately generate revenue and market share growth.
  • You’ll have significant experience in a related industry, with progressive work experience in leadership roles.
  • You will have excellent understanding of financial reporting (P/L statements and balance sheets) and an ability to ensure accurate reporting.
